Fall is finally in the air… and it’s time for a fall Fashion Friday!
My summer wardrobe is headed to a different closet for storage until spring.
I like to keep a few things available for warmer days, though, since it can be quite warm here through December! And it’s hard for me to let go of sandals and open-toed shoes… how ’bout you? But I do love fall fashion, including the boots and bags that go along with it!
I’ve been crushing on the gauzy tops with crocheted lace accents for a while now, and I love how they look with jeans and leather boots! So I was so excited when Glamour Farms sent me their Heather Lace Top to style for this month’s Fashion Friday!
The Heather top was perfect for our fall trip to the zoo with my daughter and 2 little grandsons. The weather was still a bit warm, so this top was breezy and cool. The following photo was taken outside the China exhibit at the Memphis Zoo. Of course, the highlight of this area was the Panda family!
This top packs well, too, with its crinkled look. I really love how it looks paired with jeans.
The detail on this top is exquisite. I styled it with my hammered gold bib necklace (get the look here).
Styling with it are my own jeans, boots and one of my favorite little crossbody bags.
My little 3-year-old grandson loved his trip to the zoo! We saw lions and tigers and bears! And elephants, giraffes and rhinos. He even rode a camel!
