Wow, is it really October? Already?!
Well, I am ready for Fall. It’s my absolute favorite time of year. I love chilly mornings, crunchy footsteps, and spicy smells coming from the kitchen!
But before we skip off into the fall morning, lets take a look at how the sun set on last month by Remembering September:
September was a big month here AT HOME. We kicked off the month with a 30-day challenge designed to bring us some peace of mind as we head into the holiday season: the 30-Day De-Clutter Challenge.
We had a calendar of goals to accomplish throughout the month and many of you accepted the challenge! I can now reveal that calendar to you (it was previously reserved for those who signed up), and you can adapt it to any month you wish!
Download the calendar PDF file here → 30-Day De-ClutterChallengeCalendar
I also was privileged to co-host a fall blog tour, entitled A Festival of Fall, with 25 or so other fabulous blogs! There was so much talent and eye candy… if you missed it, be sure to click HERE.
For the blog tour, I shared my Vintage Fall Mantel:
And you’ll notice, perched atop the mantel, this cute Twine Pear! This has to be one of my favorite crafts of all time!
I managed to get a small home improvement project done, and that was to paper and paint this half-wall with Beadboard Wallpaper. I love how it turned out! It totally change the look and vibe of the breakfast room!
And I also shared with you the origin of Young Living’s Thieves Essential Oil, and why I love to use it! If you want to find out more about YLEOs, click HERE.
That sums up September! I hope you had a wonderful month and are as excited as I am about Fall, pumpkin desserts and decorating for the holidays! Let’s get started!!
